There are helpful tips to adjust your web browser to make your web experience more accessible.

  • Zoom & Text Size
    • Desktop: Ctrl + + / Ctrl + – (Windows/Linux) | ⌘ + + / ⌘ + – (macOS)
    • Mobile (iOS/Android): Pinch to zoom or change “Display & Text Size” in settings.
  • High-Contrast / Dark Mode
    • Windows: Settings → Ease of Access → High contrast
    • macOS: System Preferences → Accessibility → Display
    • iOS: Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Smart Invert
    • Android: Settings → Accessibility → Color inversion / Dark theme
  • Reader / Simplified View
    Most browsers (Firefox, Safari, Edge) offer a “Reader” view to remove clutter and improve readability.
  • Windows: Windows + U opens Accessibility settings.
  • macOS: ⌥ Option + ⌘ Command + F5 opens Accessibility shortcuts.
  • iOS: Triple-click the Side or Home button for Accessibility shortcuts.
  • Android: Press both volume keys three times (after enabling in settings).
